The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (24 hours’ notice required): We understand that plans change. However, late cancellations directly impact our cleaners’ schedules and earnings. The following fees apply: Less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 fee; Same-day cancellation: $100 fee. All fees are charged to the card on file.
Arrival Windows: Arrival windows are approximately 2 hours, such as: 8–10 AM, 10–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM. Delays due to weather, cancellations, or lockouts will be communicated promptly.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to:
The Services do not offer users to submit or post content publicly. If you create or make available any contributions or suggestions to us, you warrant that your contributions do not infringe third-party rights, are not false, are not obscene, and do not violate any applicable laws.
By opting in to Golden Nova Cleaning SMS text messaging, you agree to receive text messages from GOLDEN NOVA CLEANING L.L.C. to the mobile number you provided.
Message Types: Messages may include appointment reminders, quotes, service updates, and general customer support inquiries.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out status. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
